Terms and Conditions for 0% Interest Educational Tuition Fee Installment Offer


  1. FABMISR Mastercard Credit Cardholders can pay local and international educational tuition fees in equal installments over 12 months, with no interest or administrative fees.
  2. The offer is valid until 31 August 2026.
  3. The offer applies to all tuition fee transactions made in local and foreign currency during the campaign period.
  4. The offer applies to the settlement of the total local and international tuition fees, including transactions made via POS and online payments; cash withdrawals from ATMs are excluded.
  5. World Business Cards are excluded from the offer.
  6. Refunded and declined transactions, as well as cash withdrawal transactions, are not eligible to installment under this offer.
  7. Credit cardholders must execute their transactions using their FABMISR Credit Cards during the offer period, then contact our 24-hour contact center 16555, to request the installment plan for the transaction.
  8. Transactions for which installment requests are made between June and July will appear as installments on the credit card statement for July 2026, with the first installment payment due at the end of July.
  9. Transactions for which installment requests are made from 5 July through 4 August will appear as installments on the credit card statement for August 2026, with the first installment payment due at the end of August. Transactions for which installment requests are made from 5 August through 31 August 2026, will appear as installments on the credit card statement for September 2026, with the first installment payment due at the end of September.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to exclude any transactions suspected of misuse.
