Terms and Conditions for BTC Interest-Free Installment Offer


  1. FABMISR Mastercard credit cardholders can purchase eligible BTC products on 0% interest installments over 12 or 18 months, exclusively at the participating Gemeva branches
  2. The offer is valid for gold jewelry, diamonds, gold coins, and gold bullion bars
  3. The participating Gemeva branches are:
    • Gemeva New Cairo: SODIC Eastown, Fifth Settlement – Gate 8
    • Gemeva Zamalek: 8 El-Sheikh El-Marsafy Street, next to Beano’s Café
    • Gemeva Sheikh Zayed: Beverly Hills / SODIC – West town Hub Mall, next to Costa Coffee
  4. The offer is valid for transactions made from 21 to 22 August 2026 only
  5. The installment offer is applicable to Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions only
  6. World business credit cards are excluded from the offer
  7. The offer excludes reversed and declined transactions, cash withdrawal transactions, and cash loading transactions made using credit cards to any type of mobile wallet
  8. Cardholders must complete their purchase transactions using their FABMISR credit cards during the offer period and contact the FABMISR Contact Center at 16555 (in Egypt) or +202 16555 (outside Egypt), available 24/7, no later than 31 August 2026, to request installment conversion
  9. Customers will not be eligible to request installment conversion or benefit from the offer after 31 August 2026
  10. Eligible transactions for which an installment conversion request has been submitted will be reflected in the credit card’s statement of September 2026, with the first installment due by the end of September 2026
  11. The Bank reserves the right to exclude any transactions suspected of misuse
  12. The minimum transaction amount eligible for installment conversion is EGP 500
