Hatem brings over 17 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership across technology, banking, financial services, and consultancy sectors. He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at FABMISR, where he is leading the bank’s people strategy and organizational transformation.

Hatem served as Group HR Director at Robusta Technology Group, where he led organizational restructuring and talent development across the region. His leadership was instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business growth and regional expansion.

Before that, Hatem was HR Director at Tanmeyah - EFG Holding, where he managed a team of 52 HR professionals and delivered significant cost efficiencies while supporting aggressive workforce expansion. He also played a key role in designing and implementing performance and reward frameworks that enhanced employee engagement and retention.

Earlier in his career, Hatem held senior HR roles at Commercial International Bank (CIB), where he led HR streams for major acquisitions and regional expansions. He was pivotal in executive remuneration, developing innovative reward strategies and integrating HR operations across newly acquired entities.

Hatem holds a masters in business administration from Sloan School of Management – MIT with focus on Business Analytics.
