Ahmed Moustafa is a seasoned Audit and Risk management executive with over 23 years of experience across multinational and regional banks in Egypt and the MENA region. Before joining FABMISR, Ahmed was the Head of Internal Audit at Standard Chartered Bank. His extensive leadership experience includes senior roles with HSBC Egypt and Jordan, Crédit Agricole, Emirates NBD, Société Générale as well as External Audit experience at KPMG.

He has demonstrated a consistent ability to leading multicultural teams and delivering transformational change in audit functions, ensuring robust implementation of International Audit standards. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Ahmed is a Certified Internal Audit (CIA) Instructor for more than 12 years delivering CIA and risk-based audit training programs for more than 5000 audit practitioners within Egypt and MENA region
