In light of our earlier communication to you in April 2021 regarding First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) acquisition of Bank Audi S.A.E. , we are writing to update you about an important integration milestone whereby the legal merger has now been completed between First Abu Dhabi Bank Egypt and Bank Audi S.A.E. The two banks will now be operating in Egypt under the new brand name ‘First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr’ (FABMISR).
