Who is eligible for the campaign?
Anyone who opens an account with fresh funds during the campaign period.
If I already have a FABMISR account, do I still have to open a new account or can I just increase my account balance with fresh funds?
You have to open a new current or saving account and fund it with fresh funds within the campaign period to be eligible.
Are joint or minor accounts eligible?
Yes, gifts will be awarded to legal guardians (for minors) or any of the authorized signatories (for joint accounts).
When will I receive the gift if I win?
The winners will be identified and notified by the end of October 2025.
How will I be notified that I won?
Winners will be notified via SMS sent to their registered mobile number at the bank. To be able to reach you, please ensure your mobile number is updated.
How will I receive the gift?
You will receive a promo code via SMS to visit one of the participating stores where you can redeem it instantly and receive your gift (participating store details will be included in the notification SMS). You must present your valid National ID (for Egyptians) or Passport (for foreigners) and give a copy to the store in order to claim your gift. The promo code will be valid for 1 month after which it can no longer be used.
Can I give the promo code for someone else to claim the gift on my behalf?
