Mohammed Hassan Al-Suwaidi is an Independent non-executive board member. as well as holding prominent leadership positions as the Managing Director and CEO of ADQ, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEXT50, and Pure Health. Moreover, he holds the esteemed position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) and the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company. Additionally, Mohamed is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masdar and the Second Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aldar Properties.

With an impressive portfolio of board memberships, Mohamed is actively involved in organizations like ADNOC Distribution, Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Louis Dreyfus Company, Al Dahra Holding Company, Lulu International Group, and MiZa Company. His expertise has been honed through extensive experience in various sectors, including his tenure at Mubadala Investment Company, before joining ADQ Holding Company.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University.
