1. By taking part in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as FABMISR Murabaha Card terms and conditions available in the Murabaha Card application form
2. The campaign is valid for new Murabaha cards issued between 19 January 2025 and 18 March 2025
3. The campaign offers free flight vouchers to participants who meet the specified criteria
4. In order to qualify for the free flight offer, participants must:

5. Eligible spend includes domestic and international purchase transactions, including point-of-sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions (online)
6. Cash withdrawal, ATM, deposits, reversed, declined, wallet loads, business and suspected of misuse transactions are excluded transactions

7. Only primary cardholders are entitled to the offer; supplementary cardholders are excluded
8. Supplementary cardholders’ eligible spend is considered part of the primary cardholders’ eligible spend
9. Cardholders can only win once during the campaign period
10. Eligible cardholders will receive a personalized voucher code via SMS on their registered mobile number at the bank to book their free flight
Travel arrangements
11. Cardholders should ensure their mobile numbers are updated at the bank’s records at all times. In case the mobile number is not updated, the cardholder may be eliminated from getting the offer with no liability on the bank whatsoever
12. In case of entitlement to the offer, the cardholder shall receive the SMS within the first 15 days of the month following the month of the elapse of the 60 days required to meet the required minimum eligible spend amount
13. Upon receiving the voucher, the eligible cardholders shall login to the relevant campaign travel portal using their unique voucher code as a login code
14. The voucher code is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt
15. Cardholders must select their departure airport and choose three possible destination cities from the below list of destinations and select three possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed dates shall be in different months and at least 30 days apart
16. The available destinations will depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures

17. The earliest travel date a cardholder should select must be 45 days from the date of their application
18. The travel agency will validate the cardholder’s application against all submitted names and emails within 7 days and will send a link to the cardholders to complete their application. The cardholder will upload their passport and/or any necessary travel documents and a copy of their free flight voucher (received via the SMS) within 48 hours. If not, voucher will not be valid for use
19. The travel agency will, within 14 days after receiving cardholder’s documents, offer the cardholder a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the 3 travel dates chosen by the cardholder. The cardholder shall not be entitled to request a particular carrier, route, or other specific travel date. Participant should accept/reject the received offer within 48 hours
20. The e-vouchers may not be utilized in conjunction with other travel vouchers. Each free flight voucher is limited to single use only and cardholders may not make any group bookings using the e-vouchers provided. Only one free e-voucher may be redeemed per person per booking
21. Eligible cardholders must keep their free flight voucher SMS as proof of qualification
22. Subject to receiving confirmation from the eligible cardholders, the travel agency will contact them to finalize the booking and send them an e-ticket
23. It is the eligible cardholders’ responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the travel agency within 12 hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable
General terms
24. All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day
25. Free flights are limited to single use, and cardholders may not make group bookings
26. Free flights voucher codes cannot be used in combination with each other to book one flight ticket
27. This promotional offer does not entitle the participant to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the participant may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested
28. All selected travel dates must be before 31 March 2026. The minimum stay is three calendar days. The maximum stay is 30 calendar days
29. The travel agency and FABMISR do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of God, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the travel agency and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the travel agency reserves the right to withdraw this promotion and the customers will be notified through any communication method available to the bank and without offering compensation
30. The right of the eligible cardholders and any person travelling with them to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. The travel agency and FABMISR are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier
31. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold
32. By participating in this campaign, the participant shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

35. Eligible cardholders acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the participant to lose the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by FABMISR and the travel agency
36. The travel agency and FABMISR reserve the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the participant’s compliance with these terms and conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means
37. Personal data captured during the promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes
38. The bank is not responsible for providing travel permits or any other travel paperwork
39. The travel portal is provided by a third-party travel agency, and the bank is not liable for its use or any resulting data processing or flight bookings
