Sherif have over 25 years of banking experience starting from Misr International Bank (MIBank) for 10 years, then moving to Bank Misr as part of the reform program of public sector banks in the Corporate & Syndicated loans department for 8 years. He then moved to Bank Audi in 2015 assuming the position of Head of Large Corporates and was promoted in 2017 to be the Head of Corporate Business Banking.

Sherif is currently the Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking Group in FABMISR supervising Corporate, Commercial, SME and Islamic banking lines of business in addition to Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and Business Management..
