Mohamed Selim joined Bank Audi in 2017 as Head of Human Resources after establishing diverse sectorial experience spanning over 30 years in communication, pharma and banking. For 12 years, Selim has led the HR function in local and multinational banks in Egypt, where he built plenty of practical experience in the Human Resources management field.

Selim joined Banque Misr in 2010 as Head of Business Partners and Human Capital, for the Head Office Divisions, which included 7000+ employees across 20 divisions, during the CBE’s initiative to develop the public banking sector.

Selim has a diversified cultural background due to his rich experience in different regions including Egypt, Lebanon, France, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. In addition, he excels in commerce, accounting and finance, and he holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Diploma in Finance from the American University in Cairo.
