Suleiman Al Armouti is the Deputy Chairman of FABMISR. He also chairs the Audit committee and is a member of the Risk, the Governance and the Nomination committees. He has 20 years of experience in finance and business in leading banks in the region. He is currently the business Chief Financial Officer in First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (FAB) covering Consumer Banking, Private Banking, Islamic banking and subsidiaries of FAB. In addition, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of the brokerage arm of FAB, First Abu Dhabi Securities LLC (FAB Securities). He also sits on the board of other companies and financial institutions associated with FAB.

Al Armouti is a Qualified Accountant and holds a Master's degree in International Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Glasgow.
